If home skin products aren't effective, but you don't want surgery, try minimally invasive treatments to rejuvenate the skin, such as microneedling. Our injectors are pleased to perform microneedling (also known as collagen induction therapy) at our office in Chandler, AZ. Microneedling uses several fine needles to safely and effectively make micro-injuries in the needed areas of the skin. The micro-injuries prompt the body's natural production of collagen and elastin, two nutrients that increase the appearance and health of your complexion. Easily performed with other treatments, such as vitamin serums or platelet-rich plasma (PRP), microneedling can help minimize stretch marks, scars, and pores. Make an appointment for a consultation at Divine IV and Wellness to learn more about the results of microneedling and ways to customize your treatment for your skin concerns and goals.

Divine IV and Wellness in Chandler, AZ customizes microneedling treatment to enhance your skin's appearance, address your concerns, and help you reach your skin goals. Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure with numerous benefits that cater to a wide array of skin issues, such as:

  • Reduction of fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of aging
  • Improved skin texture and tone
  • Minimization of scarring, hyperpigmentation, or stretch marks
  • Diminished pore size
  • Enhanced skin care product absorption

You may develop mild swelling and redness for about a day, but this should subside on its own. It can take about 1 – 2 months as the collagen and elastin levels increase before you see significant improvements in the appearance and health of your treated skin. You should schedule about 4 – 6 follow-up sessions performed every 4 – 6 weeks for the best results and lasting skin benefits.

Amy and her staff are just the best. They always go above and beyond to make sure their clients are feeling and looking their best. Amy always takes her to time to listen to your concerns and goes out of her way to get you the right treatment. I’m so thankful for everyone at Divine IV and Wellness

About Us
Can I combine other treatments with microneedling?

During the process of microneedling, channels are created that help other treatments reach the deeper layers. That's why microneedling can often combined with other skin treatments. In your consultation, a member of our team at Divine IV and Wellness will talk about what treatments may be performed along with microneedling and which would most benefit your skin.

How many treatments are recommended for optimal results?

Most patients get 3 – 6 microneedling treatments to see optimal results. Although, the number of sessions you need will depend on the condition of your skin and your goals. Microneedling can be performed every 4 – 6 weeks. In your consultation, a member of our team will be able to estimate the number of treatments you will need after assessing your skin and listening to your goals. When you have reached your goal, Amy suggests getting maintenance treatments about twice a year.

Is microneedling safe for everyone?

In general, microneedling is appropriate for all skin types and tones. Since the skin injuries created are so small, there are rarely side effects after the treatment. Microneedling can be performed on most areas of skin, including the face, neck, arms, thighs, chest, and lower legs. Microneedling is not recommended if you have taken Accutane recently, as well as if you have an open wound, active skin infection, or herpes simplex. Additionally, you might not be a candidate for microneedling if you are nursing, pregnant, or undergoing radiation treatments.
